Explore our approach
CORE’s working mission is to reform, restore, and reconnect individuals through mentorship, education, and life skills development.
That purpose reaches beyond an individual. It holds space for stronger family relationships, meaningful community connections, and the practical support that lasting change requires.
Our near-term focus is developing a reentry model. The work starts with thoughtful preparation, accountable relationships, and collaboration with community and institutional partners.
The model brings three connected areas of development together, with accountability and encouragement running through each.
Supportive relationships that make room for reflection, responsibility, and personal growth.
Structured learning that encourages new perspectives and informed choices.
Practical learning to help individuals prepare for everyday responsibilities and community connection.
Designed with partnership in mind. These are planned areas of focus. Program delivery and access arrangements are still being established.
CORE is developing its curriculum and partnership model before program delivery. This stage is about clarifying the approach, the relationships, and the arrangements needed to move forward responsibly.
Shaping the learning model around mentorship, education, and life skills.
Defining opportunities for collaboration with institutional and community delivery partners.
Establishing program access and delivery arrangements. Enrollment is not currently offered through this website.
